Settings

Settings manages two parts of Loaded 7, Image Groups and Product Weight Classes. Suggested groups are included when you install Loaded 7 and you can add, edit and delete groups within each of these sub-sections.

Image Groups

Image Groups manages the groups that product images are organized into by Loaded 7 or yourself, as in Figure 1. You can add, edit or delete these groups. When you edit or add a new product and are prompted to include an image, this is how Loaded 7 organizes the images of that product.

Adding
  1. To add a new image group, select the Add New Group button. When you do, a dialog box will open as in Figure 2.

  2. Enter the title of the image group.

  3. Enter the code of the image group.

  4. Enter the width of the image group.

  5. Enter the height of the image group.

  6. Choose whether to force the image group to fit in Loaded 7’s native parameters.

  7. Choose to set as the default image group of all of your products.

Editing

  1. To edit an image group, select the Edit button in the same row as the group you wish to edit. The same dialog for adding a new image group will open.

  2. When you have finished editing the information for the image group, select Save to confirm your choice.

Deleting
To delete an image group, select the Delete button for the group that you wish to delete. When the dialog box opens asking for you to confirm this selection, select Delete once more to confirm your choice.

Weight Classes

This section of Loaded 7 allows you to manage the weight classes of your products, as in Figure 3. Four weight classes are suggested but you can add new ones, edit existing ones or delete them as needed.

Adding a New Weight Class

  1. To add a new weight class, select the Add New Class button as in Figure 3. This dialog box will open as in Figure 4.

  2. Enter the title and code for the weight class.

  3. Enter the conversion rules according to the four weight classes provided.

  4. Choose to set as default.

  5. Select Save to confirm.

Editing a Weight Class

When you wish to edit a weight class, select the Edit button within the row of the weight class you wish to edit. This dialog box will open as in Figure 5.

  1. When it does, change the title and code if necessary, then set as default or shut off as default, as needed.

  2. Select Save to confirm.

Deleting a Weight Class

  1. To delete a weight class, select the Delete button in the row of the weight class you wish to delete.

  2. A dialog box will open asking you to confirm your choice.
