The Backup Manager

The Backup Manager lists and allows you to manage all database backups made to the store, that have not been deleted. You can initiate a backup yourself in a few different ways, restore to to a previous backup or delete a backup file. Loaded 7 does not auto-backup in timed intervals, instead it creates a backup file when you update the Core. You can select this option yourself, at any time following the instructions below.

Such as when something is changed or updated elsewhere and a cache file needs to be cleared to operate normally. To do so, select Delete from the row of the item you wish to delete. Loaded 7 does not ask you to confirm this delete.

    The Error Log

The Error Log is a permanent listing of any error tracked by your Loaded 7 store. We say permanent because you cannot add to, edit or delete an error in this listing. It simply provides a chronological path that our tech support can use to help figure out a problem, if one arises.
